Tim has become really involved in biking. He recently rode from Winston Salem to the beach on a 3 day tour to raise money for a local non-profit organization. Images of the boys as they saw daddy off.

I hope this blog will allow us to keep intouch with family and friends that are too far away to be intouch with on a regular basis. We are so busy with our careers, the kids, and day to day life we forget sometimes to reach out. Please check back regularly for updates and see what the gupton's are up to and watch the boys grow.
